As a resident of Granite Bay since 2007, I am an area specialist in local neighborhoods, schools, community sports and activities. I have over 25 years of Sales and Marketing experience which I use to help you through the home selling and buying process, including advising on renovations, staging services and contractor referrals. At Coldwell Banker Realty, I am a Lifetime member of the Master's Club and provide full service representation and market knowledge.

When my kids were growing up in Granite Bay we were active in Boy's Team Charity, National Charity League, Granite Bay High School Swimming and Water Polo, Lakeside Little League, Granite Bay Lacrosse, Cub Scouts and Oakhills/Ridgeview PTC. Now that I am an empty nester, I enjoy staying fit on the trails around Folsom Lake, entertaining friends and family at home, watching the Sacramento Kings, and traveling near and far. I have lots of personal experience moving my family down the street and state-to-state and have bought and sold more homes for myself and my family than is "normal". I love our little village and am very proud of the life I have cultivated here.
